The Location
Tŷ Pen Y Banc is set in a tranquil, semi-rural location which is approached off a quiet residential road, through gates onto a large driveway that can accommodate a number of vehicles, which makes visiting and parking at the home easy for residents, family, friends, and visiting professionals. The home is surrounded by its own enclosed gardens.
Tŷ Pen Y Banc is easily accessible via the M4 and A48. We are located one mile from the Town of Cross Hands, which has a wide array of amenities including a shopping centre, cinema, a doctor’s surgery, and a variety of restaurants, public houses and fast food outlets.
Nearby larger towns are also easily accessible: Llanelli town is 9 miles from Tŷ Pen y Banc, where you will find a wide variety of sporting and leisure facilities including a theatre, cinema, main sorting post office, church, retail park, supermarkets, and the wildfowl and wetlands centre.
